CircusMASH Aerial Photoshoot

Join me at CircusMASH on Friday 23rd October for a dedicated 30-minute aerial photoshoot with dramatic performance-style lighting and a black backdrop.

I’m an experienced performance photographer, having photographed aerialists, pole artists and performers at competitions and events across the UK. My style is all about capturing strength, movement, character and artistry, creating bold images that feel like performance rather than overly staged studio shots.

Your shoot includes:

5 fully edited, high-resolution images of your choice

Preparing for your shoot

Please bring your own costume/outfit and come prepared with at least 5 moves, shapes or positions you’d like to capture.

You do not need to prepare a routine and your ideas don’t all need to be big aerial tricks. I’m well versed in photographing posed positions too, and we can work with shapes, angles and creative poses that look great on camera.

Got a character or idea you’ve always wanted to bring to life in a photo? Bring it! This is your shoot, so I’m very happy to get creative with you.

Choosing your apparatus

Each 30-minute session is for one apparatus only. Please tell me which apparatus you’d like to use when booking so that everything can be prepared for your arrival.

Costume and colours

When booking, please also give me a rough idea of your costume and/or colour theme. This helps us prepare the lighting and set-up to complement the look you’re going for.

Not sure what you’re wearing yet? That’s absolutely fine. Book your slot first and you can message me afterwards once you’ve decided.

On the day

Arrive ready to create some seriously cool images. We’ll work through your chosen shapes and ideas during your session, with guidance from me on positioning and what works well through the camera.

You don’t need to be an advanced aerialist or have your biggest tricks ready. Whether you’re celebrating your progress, building your portfolio, capturing a favourite move or bringing a character to life, the aim is to create images you’re excited to keep and share.
